Wristband pickup instructions and the exact schedule will be sent by email in early July 2026.

Premium Hotel Accommodation

Hotel: Steigenberger Icon Wiltcher’s – 5★ Hotel, Brussels

• Room Type: Superior Room (approx. 45 sqm), double occupancy

• Check-in: 15:00 on Friday, 24 July 2026

• Check-out: 12:00 on Monday, 27 July 2026

• Breakfast: Daily buffet breakfast included for 2 guests

Optional Extra Night – Thursday Check-in

If you wish to check in one night earlier (Thursday), the following options are available:

• Double Occupancy: EUR 289 per room, including breakfast

• Single Occupancy: EUR 269 per room, including breakfast

Wristband Distribution Service

Name Change & Cancellation Policy

• After successful payment confirmation, one free name change is allowed until 20 May 2026

• After 20 May 2026, name changes are no longer possible under any circumstances

• Once payment is confirmed, this package is non-cancellable and non-refundable
