Follow the steps below to understand how your booking is processed from selecting your package to receiving your Final Booking Confirmation.

Choose Your Package

Choose your preferred package on the VVIPEVENTS website. Before ordering, review the number of guests, festival ticket type, accommodation, stay dates, transportation where included, package inclusions/exclusions and total package price. Package details vary by product; the information on your selected package page applies to your booking.

Order & Pay

Complete your order and payment using the available online payment methods. Customers requiring payment in RMB or another supported currency may contact VVIPEVENTS before payment. Where available, we will provide alternative payment instructions by email.

Payment Received

After payment, you may receive an automatic payment confirmation. This confirms receipt of payment only and is NOT the Final Booking Confirmation. Your order must first be reviewed by VVIPEVENTS.

Booking Review

VVIPEVENTS reviews your order and payment details, normally within 24 hours. This helps identify duplicate/repeated orders, incomplete or inconsistent information, unusual booking patterns, payment details requiring verification or other apparent booking errors. Most valid orders proceed directly to Final Booking Confirmation.

Final Booking Confirmation

After successful review, VVIPEVENTS sends your Final Booking Confirmation within 24 hours after payment. It normally includes order/booking number, main guest, event/package, number of guests, accommodation and stay dates where applicable, ticket type, airport/festival transportation where included, total amount, payment status, additional guest information requirements and important next steps. Exact details may vary by package.

Verification if Needed

If an order requires clarification, VVIPEVENTS will contact the customer before confirmation. We may request confirmation or corrections. If an order cannot be accepted, we will contact the customer regarding cancellation and any applicable refund according to the relevant Booking Terms and applicable mandatory consumer rights.

Guest & Travel Information

After receiving Final Booking Confirmation, follow VVIPEVENTS instructions. Depending on the package, this may include additional guest details, accommodation registration, arrival information, airport transfers, festival transportation and Wristband/Treasure Case collection information.
